When Rabbi Sara Luria founded ImmerseNYC—a community ritual bath, or mikveh—she was passionate about creating meaningful experiences and gathering people together. Thinking about operations did not spark joy. But after a decade of spiritual innovation work, she now finds solving operational challenges to be enormously exciting.
