Theologian bridging ancient wisdom traditions with embodied Catholic practice
I'm a theologian and spiritual innovator bridging ancient wisdom traditions with embodied Catholic practice. With a Master of Divinity (the same degree as Catholic priests) and 600+ hours of training in yoga, Ayurveda, reiki, and behavioral science, I create faith-integrated wellness for women ready to honor both their humanity and divinity.
My innovation lies in weaving contemplative Christianity with Eastern embodiment practices, demonstrating that spiritual depth doesn't require sacrificing physical vitality. I've developed methodologies that anchor Catholic mysticism in the body, creating what I call "liberating faith" - where prayer includes your nervous system, worship includes your wellness, and holiness emerges from earthiness.
After healing my own depletion, IBS, psoriasis, and depression through this integrated approach, I now accompany women of faith moving from self-sacrifice to self-authority. I translate complex theological concepts into practical embodied practices, making ancient wisdom accessible for modern spiritual seekers.
My work challenges the false dichotomy between sacred and secular, showing how Ayurvedic rhythms can deepen Christian contemplation, how yoga can enhance prayer life, and how caring for your body becomes caring for the temple of the Holy Spirit.
I'm pioneering a new paradigm where spiritual growth includes somatic wisdom and divine connection happens through, not despite, human embodiment.
