I'm an integration coach and meditation teacher weaving together over 15 years of experience in conscious leadership, organizational transformation, and complementary healing practices like Reiki. My path has taken me across Alaska, Japan, Taiwan, and Germany (travel is in my blood), working with global companies like Microsoft, Siemens, and Sandoz alongside scrappy startups in medical and fintech spaces.
I specialize in modern facilitation methods that unlock collective wisdom, like Liberating Structures, Street Wisdom, and Appreciative Inquiry. And always in service of psychological safety, adaptive leadership, and agency. My work bridges inner transformation with outer impact, helping leaders and collectives translate deep insight into meaningful change.
You'll find me teaching meditations and hosting live sessions on Insight Timer, offering space for presence, integration, and nervous system attunement. (I'm also a contributor to the German book on Liberating Structures and am a member of Enspiral.)
