I'm Shilpi, proud to hail from Purvanchal, eastern Uttar Pradesh. Born, raised, studied and now working in middle India, I'm passionate about empowering women and adolescent girls through education and financial independence.
With an MBA degree, I chose the development sector to create tangible impact in people's lives. My journey began in 2018 with Medha Learning Foundation, enhancing 21st-century employability skills for degree college students.
Currently, I am focusing on women entrepreneurship, breaking gender stereotypes, and establishing the Women Centre of Excellence at Jagriti Enterprise Centre-Purvanchal. I believe life's purpose reveals itself when we least expect it.
Values like open communication, authenticity, and integrity drive my success. I cherish meaningful conversations, connections, and partnerships.
I have been obliged and grateful to the people I have met so far in my life, they all have been a great part of my growth and learning and it will remain for life.
I am a believer that happiness is a choice and the onus of being happy is just on us and hence we shall keep striving for the situation that makes us happy and contented.
