Therapy inspired by spirituality through contemplative practice and breathwork
I am drawn to share how contemplative silent practice transform us in all aspects of our personal (and professional) life.
I am shaped by the Holy Trinity and inspired by advaita and ubuntu.
I work with others to support dialogue and mutual enrichment of psychological and spiritual therapeutic practices - through academic classes, online presencing practices.
I organise breathwork and meditation retreats, and offer 1:1 transformational breath session as part of short therapy, uniting our mind-body-soul dimensions.
I would be particularly interested by interfaith dialogue shaped by common practice of silence and meditation over sacred scriptures
