Compassion-led spiritual innovator creating contemporary pathways to meaning, belonging, flourishing.
I am a compassion-focused innovator, committed to supporting individuals, communities, and society in flourishing. My work combines contemplative practices—such as meditation, mindfulness, and reflective inquiry—with evidence-informed approaches to well-being, resilience, and human development.
With advanced training as a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and meditation facilitator, I offer practical tools alongside practical experience in mental training, resilience, and compassion. I have studied Mahayana Buddhism with respected teachers and apply secular contemplative methods to help people face challenges in a complex world, strengthen connection, and maintain well-being.
I am also a Certified Master Coach and facilitator of compassion-based programs such as CBCT, SEE Learning, and the 16 Guidelines, connecting personal growth with social impact.
Drawing on my multicultural and professional experience, I help people build meaningful connections, foster well-being, and support collective flourishing. Through Wise Lama, I provide high-quality learning experiences that apply contemplative practices to nurture compassionate, resilient communities.
