Our work in the innovation space is largely about spotlighting entrepreneurial, spiritual leaders and connecting them with each other for the sake of learning, support, care, and courage. We convene cohorts of leaders and gather leaders from inside as well as the edges of the church. I am a United Methodist clergy and am grounded in and committed to Wesleyan theology, centered in grace, spiritual formation and practices, the importance of small group connections, and wider justice work.
