Jason Bernhardt-Lanier has more than 30 years of experience as a change leader, culture architect, and relational facilitator working at the intersection of global social innovation, spiritual transformation, and systems change. His work has consistently centered on helping people, teams, organizations, and communities move toward greater healing, wholeness, and purposeful action. Jason currently serves as an interim leader for global talent acquisition at Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, co-leads Soularize: Humane Spirituality in Action, and is launching etrek: A Journey of Enneagration — a humane spirituality platform that turns personality insight into embodied growth, relational maturity, and love-in-action through personalized formation journeys, humane technology, and circle wisdom. With his life partner, Caroline, Jason is co-founder of Thrive in Relationship, as well as a certified Integral Coach and Imago workshop leader. Across his work, he brings a lifelong commitment to impacting the world “one relationship at a time.” He is also deeply shaped by his role as a guide to his four adult children, whose inner freedom and agency continue to inspire him.
