Indigenous Visioneer that surfaces future visions to engineer impact now.
I am a Visioneer. I walk with leaders, communities, and nations to surface visions of the future — and bring them to life, here and now.
As a tribal leader of the Māori peoples of Aotearoa New Zealand, my work spans families, tribes, organisations, and nations. I bring Indigenous communities together with government, civil society, and enterprise to co-create pathways that honour Indigenous wisdom and advance shared aspirations.
For more than 25 years, I have stood at the crossroads of leadership, strategy, and transformation. With the grounding of a Doctorate in Psychology, the rigour of a Master of Laws, and executive training at the Harvard Kennedy School, I offer a rare synthesis of knowledge, culture, and lived impact.
My foundation is ‘waiora’ - an Indigenous vision of wellbeing that unites body, mind, spirit, people, and the natural world. Through this frame, I seek to awaken presence, expand perspectives, and realise human potential.
I listen deeply. I see the whole system. I design with intuition and purpose. Whether through immersive workshops, coaching journeys, or strategic guidance, I help people and organisations find clarity, cultivate adaptability, and step fully into their power - so that meaningful change becomes possible, and futures are reimagined.
