Anna Del Castillo

Co-Founder Our Own Deep Wells, Healing Justice Practitioner, HDS Grad

I’m Anna Del Castillo, a Peruvian-Bolivian American healing justice practitioner and someone who believes deeply that personal healing and collective liberation are inseparable. Much of my work is rooted in a longing for more honest, connected ways of being with one another—especially in times of rupture and uncertainty.

I’m the cofounder of Our Own Deep Wells, where we create soulful, community-centered practices that respond to social isolation and the mental health crisis, particularly alongside young people in historically underserved communities. Through gatherings, curriculum, and facilitated spaces, we focus on slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering that healing is something we do together.

I also work with Trust Labs, supporting relational fieldwork that helps people and institutions navigate conflict, repair harm, and move toward transformation with care and courage. Earlier in my career, I served in the Biden-Harris Administration as Deputy Director of DEIA at the White House, and I hold a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School.

I’m here to connect—with potential partners and clients, and with fellow healers, organizers, spiritual innovators, and friends doing parallel work. I’m always curious about what you’re tending, what you’re dreaming, and how we might walk alongside one another.
